WORCESTER, MA—Worcester police on Jan. 9 took a missing person report for 27-year-old Justin Ramos, who was last seen at a party on Valley Hill Drive on Jan. 7. Since then, police report that they and family members have searched known areas that Ramos frequents as well as checking in with area shelters. To date, Justin has not been in contact with any of his friends or family members. Ramos is described as a white male, approximately 5'8" and 190 pounds with brown hair and wearing a blue jacket, tan pants and red shoes.
