WORCESTER, MA — A 22-year-old man was found shot at Worcester Technical High School early Friday morning, according to police. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said. Police responded to the school after getting an alert through ShotSpotter, a gunshot detection system. Worcester police did not announce any arrests related to the incident, but said the shooting was still under investigation Friday morning. Worcester Technical High School is located off Belmont Street near Green Hill Park. Although school was not in session at the time of the shooting, Worcester Public Schools are still in session.
