WORCESTER, MA — It's prom season, and the region's biggest shindig will take place at Polar Park Thursday.

The Marlborough-based nonprofit Thrive Support & Advocacy will hold its second "A Prom For All Ages" event at the ballpark, offering young people and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities the chance to experience the spring rite of passage.

About 200 youth and adults will attend Thursday's prom with their caregivers, taking part in dancing, food, music and dancing. The event will also feature a red carpet and photos.
