School Bus Bursts Into Flames Before Morning Run, No One Hurt
The bus driver started the vehicle to warm it up before the morning pickup when it became fully engulfed shortly thereafter.

STERLING, MA—Thankfully, no one was aboard the school bus that was being warmed to pick up Sterling students on Thursday morning.
Police were called to the bus yard in Sterling early Thursday morning for a bus on fire. Along with the fire department, Officer Scott Johnson responded, finding the vehicle in flames when they got there. There were no students on board, and the bus had been started to warm before the morning route.
The Fire Department assesses that the fire started in the rear heater unit and quickly spread.
