Treehouse Murderer's Partner Convicted Of Perjury, Sentenced To Prison

WORCESTER, MA - Jonathan Lind, 29, convicted of perjury for lying to a grand jury during the investigation into the death of Brandon Chicklis, was sentenced to serve 7-9 years in state prison, according to District Attorney Joseph Early.

Lind was arrested in December 2021 on charges relating to the 2018 murder of Chicklis. Julia Enright, the former's girlfriend, was found guilty in November 2021 of killing Chicklis in an Ashburnham treehouse as a gift to an ex-boyfriend.

Enright, who worked as a dominatrix, was sentenced to life in prison for the second-degree murder of then-20-year-old Chicklis. For the perjury charge, Lind was accused of lying to the grand jury regarding his whereabouts on June 23, 2018, the last day Chicklis was seen by his family, and the following day.

Chicklis' body was found along Rt. 119 in Rindge, NH, several weeks after he was murdered. Lind is set to serve his sentence at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Lancaster.
