VNA Care Announces Marsh McLennan Agency’s Presenting Sponsorship of Celebration of Caring

VNA Care, a nonprofit visiting nurse association serving Central Massachusetts, is proud to announce Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) once again showed its deep commitment to the community’s health as the Presenting Sponsor of Celebration of Caring.

“Partnering with organizations that improve lives where we live and work is a core value at Marsh McLennan Agency,” said Liisa Holm, Executive Vice President, Employee Health and Benefits at MMA. “We’re honored to continue supporting VNA Care’s compassionate mission and the vital services they provide across Central Massachusetts.”

Proceeds from Celebration of Caring, held recently at the Worcester Country Club, fund VNA Care’s home health and hospice services, including care at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home, the first residential hospice facility in Central Massachusetts.

VNA Care’s programs make it possible for individuals to recover safely at home after illness or surgery, manage chronic health conditions, and receive expert end-of-life care that promotes dignity and quality of life —whether at home, in assisted living communities, or at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home.

“Our work is possible because of partnerships with organizations like Marsh McLennan Agency,” said Karen Webber, Director of Fund Development for VNA Care. “Their support helps ensure that our nurses and other clinicians can continue bringing comfort, compassion, and skilled care to our neighbors when it’s needed most.”
