Worcester Basketball Legend Joins Athlete Advisory Board For Boston Legacy FC
She made history at Worcester Academy.

WORCESTER, MA — A WNBA all-star will soon help players of Boston's new professional soccer team.
Boston Legacy FC announced the establishment of its Athlete Advisory Board on Thursday. Former Worcester Academy basketball player, Aliyah Boston, is one of the all-stars with a spot on the board.
This comes more than one month after Boston, who plays for the Indiana Fever, signed on as an investor of the soccer team.

“Boston Legacy is more than just a football club—it’s about community, pride, and creating something lasting for the city," said Boston. "I believe in what this club stands for, and I want to be part of the foundation that guides its future."

Boston, 23, joins the star-studded board, which includes Olympian Sam Mewis and retired professional soccer player Kristine Lilly.

Boston made history at Worcester Academy, which retired her No. 00 jersey last year. During her time at the school, she won two Class AA NEPSAC championships and was named Gatorade Player of the Year three times.
