Worcester Is Getting New Chicken Restaurant In Familiar Spot: Report
A restaurant focused on Nashville hot chicken is coming to the site of the former B.T.'s Fried Chicken and BBQ.
WORCESTER, MA — Worcester’s dining scene is getting a shake-up, with new restaurant plans on the table. The site of the former B.T.’s Fried Chicken & BBQ in Worcester will soon become the location of a Nashville hot chicken restaurant, according to the Worcester Business Journal.
The WBJ reports that the restaurateurs behind NU Kitchen are partnering with a New Hampshire entrepreneur to open a new concept called NU Chicken. It will be located at 318 Park Ave.
It will also be a sister location to NU Kitchen on Chandler Street, according to the WBJ.

NU Kitchen’s menu boasts healthy foods with whole ingredients, like smoothies, grain bowls, salads and soups. There are two other locations in Somerville and Newburyport.
The new restaurant is expected to open later this July.
