Worcester Man Accused Of Assault With A Firearm
A Worcester man was involved in an altercation with city sanitation workers after a garbage bag happened to touch a car on the street.

WORCESTER, MA - A Worcester man was arrested on Feb. 21 for assault with a firearm.
According to the Worcester Police Department, officers arrived at Crompton Street after an assault report. When they arrived, a pair of city sanitation workers were picking up trash on the street. A garbage bag touched a nearby vehicle, causing a man to scream at the workers and threaten to kill them. The man involved was later identifitied as Jaun Montalvo, 32.
Montalvo was arrested for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Firearm), and after officers searched his apartment they found was appeared to be fentanyl. He was later charged with Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Distribute.
