Attorney General Dana Nessel is projected to retain her position as the state's top prosecutor, according to the Associated Press.
MICHIGAN — Attorney General Dana Nessel is projected to retain her position as the state's top prosecutor, according to the Associated Press.
In a close race, Nessel defeated Republican challenger Matthew DePerno, who was endorsed by former President Donald Trump, is currently currently under investigation for potential criminal charges in connection with an effort to gain access to voting machines after the 2020 election.
