Here's How Much Snow Fell Across Detroit Area Wednesday: NWS
Some areas across southeastern Michigan saw a half foot of snow, according to the National Weather Service.
SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — A Wednesday snowstorm moved through southeastern Michigan and dumped up to a half foot of snow in some areas, according to the National Weather Service.
Forecasters were still updating snow totals across the region, but as of 2:30 p.m. here's a look at their reports:
- Lapeer: 6.5 inches
- Shelby Township: 6 inches
- Lake Orion: 5.4 inches
- Washington: 4.8 inches
- Royal Oak: 4.5 inches
- Wixom: 4.5 inches
- Wolverine Lake: 4.5 inches
- Waterford: 4.4 inches
- White Lake: 4.4 inches
- Grosse Pointe: 4 inches
- Clinton Township: 4 inches
- New Baltimore: 4 inches
- Romulus: 3.6 inches
- Ann Arbor: 3.6 inches
- Canton: 3 inches
- Ypsilanti: 3.1 inches
- Detroit: 3 inches
- Sterling Heights: 2.3 inches
- Howell: 2.1 inches
- Southfield: 1.9 inches
- Macomb: 1.5 inches
- Roseville: 1.5 inches
