The coldest temperatures were Tuesday morning when most the region fell below zero with wind chills reading between -15 and -26 degrees, according to the weather service.

The actual coldest temperature in Michigan was in Ironwood early Tuesday morning when lows fell to -28 degrees, with wind chill readings 50 below zero, according to the weather service.
