Man Shot, Injured By Crossbow At MI Motel: Sheriff

Police do not have a suspect, but investigators believe he was shot by someone who knows him.

MONROE COUNTY, MI - An Ohio man is fighting for his life after he was shot with a crossbow at a Michigan hotel over the weekend, according to officials.

The incident happened at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Bedford Inn in Erie, which is near the Ohio border, officials said.

Officials said officers found the 42-year-old Toledo man suffering from a crossbow wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed critical condition.
