'I’m Still Trying To Wrap My Head Around This!': MI Woman Wins $3M Mega Millions Prize
With her winnings she plans to remodel her home, pay off her vehicle and then save the remainder.

GENESEE COUNTY, MI — A lucky hunch led to a Genesee County woman winning a $3 million prize from the Michigan Lottery, officials said.
Pamela Dietrich, 58, of Linden said she doesn't play the Mega Millions often, but "had an itch" to play for this drawing. So she logged into her lottery account and bought a ticket.
"The next morning, I saw an email from the Lottery regarding a prize," Dietrich said. "I had a hard time believing it when I saw I had won $3 million! I called the Lottery first thing Monday morning to verify that it was real and schedule an appointment to claim my big prize. I’m still trying to wrap my head around this!"

The ticket matched the five white balls (15-37-38-56-58) in the April 11 Mega Millions drawing to win $1 million. Her prize was then multiplied to $3 million thanks to the multiplier. She bought her winning ticket online at MichiganLottery.com.
With her winnings she plans to remodel her home, pay off her vehicle and then save the remainder.
