Throughout 2025, several data-based national rankings and safety grades helped Michiganders navigate the complex landscape of health care, and make decisions about the best places to have a baby, find a specialist or take care of other medical issues.

U.S. News & World Report’s respected rankings included looks at the best maternity, children’s, specialty and overall hospitals in Michigan.
