The 81-acre estate was put on the market by his widow for $2.9 million.

MICHIGAN — Muhammad Ali’s Michigan mansion is officially off the market and brought in $2.5 million, according to reports.
The legendary boxer’s sprawling 81-acre estate is located in Berrien Springs and reportedly sold in December to a New York-based Turken Foundation, a non-profit that works with students.
It’s unclear what they plan to do with the property, which includes a four-bedroom main house and a guest carriage house. The grounds include a pond and a fountain by the river.

According to the Detroit Free Press, the former heavyweight champion spent his summers and a portion of his retirement. In 2006, Ali and his wife, Lonnie, moved to Arizona, where he died in 2016.
The St. Joseph River property was designed to Ali's liking, with custom touches, including an elaborate boxing ring, steam room, and a full-size basketball court, Freep reported.Structures on the property include the main house, carriage house, pool, gym, garages, barns and office.
