Woman Drives Car Into River With Two Kids In West Michigan
The body of the woman and one child has been recovered, while rescue crews work to find the body of the second child.
MICHIGAN — A woman is believed to have driven her vehicle into a driver while she had two children with her, reports say. It happened in southwestern Michigan, were crews are still searching for one child. Her body and the body of one of the children have already been recovered, according to reports.
The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety says officers late Monday found two upset girls at a drug store who reported that a family member had driven a vehicle into the Kalamazoo River, Channel 4 reported.
Authorities ended up at Verburg Park, where police say the submerged vehicle was found.
