Deer Takes a Stroll Through Berkley
"She jumped the fence into the yard, wandered around for a bit and then walked out the gate and down the street," resident Kathy Bartley says.

Kathy Bartley of Berkley was surprised recently to receive a visit from a deer.
The animal appeared Thursday on Ellwood north of 12 Mile Road at Morrison.
"She jumped the fence into the yard, wandered around for a bit and then walked out the gate and down the street," Bartley wrote on the Huntington Woods-Berkley Patch Facebook page. "She was a long way from any open spaces, right? Hope she is OK."
