New Business:

Addie & Jacks: The Birmingham City Commission will consider whether to approve the assignment of 's bistro license to Addie & Jacks, LCC. Papa Joe's first obtained the bistro license in 2007 with the hopes of opening Bistro Joe's, but is looking to bring in a new bistro concept with Addie & Jacks, conceived of by Tallulah and Bella Piatti owner Mindy Lopus.

Wimbleton home demolition: The City Commission will vote Monday night to demolish a home at 187 Wimbleton. On June 11, commissioners condemned the structure — an unfinished home that has been left in a state of construction for several years — and ordered the owner to repair or demolish it within 60 days. The home has not since been repaired or demolished.

DuPont agreement: Commissioners will decide whether to approved an amended claim resolution agreement from DuPont. DuPont is paying the city almost $200,000 to replace several trees at the city's golf courses, after DuPont sprayed them with the herbicide Imprelis.

Setting public hearing for sidewalk installation: Commissioners will set a public hearing of necessity for Sept. 24 for the installation of sidewalk streetscapes along Pierce and Merrill.
