Popular Detroit Sandwich Shop Opening New Oakland County Location
The Italian sandwich restaurant and cafe is best-known for their traditional and non-traditional sandwiches, salads, coffee and gelato.
OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — A popular Detroit sandwich shop is opening a new location in Oakland County.
La Pecora Nera, which originally opened in Downtown Detroit in 2017, is opening its third location sometime next month in Downtown Birmingham.
The new Birmingham location will be at 135 Pierce Street, near Townhouse and Toast.

La Pecora Nera is best known for their traditional and non-traditional sandwiches, salads, coffee and gelato. They also sell grocery items, such as produce and cheeses.
The Italian sandwich restaurant and cafe also has an Oakland County spot in Downtown Farmington. That spot opened in 2023.
