6 Runners from Bloomfield Area Finish the 2016 Boston Marathon: Results
Wilm Uhlenbecker had the best time among the Bloomfield Township and Bloomfield Hills runners who finished the Boston Marathon Monday.
BOSTON, MA – A powerful display of the human body and, more importantly, the human spirit took place during a 26.2-mile stretch from Hopkinton to Boylston Street in Boston Monday.
The 120th running of the Boston Marathon didn't disappoint, with photo finishes soaked in drama, one country flexing its considerable muscle, and a unified global spirit that is rarely seen outside of Patriots' Day.
A pair of Ethiopians won the 2016 Boston Marathon — Lemi Berhanu Hayle in the men’s division and Atsede Baysa in the women's division.
