METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
1. Proposals shall be submitted electronically to: contracts@oaklandchn.org
2. Electronic submission MUST include the following subject line: ATP #254.2025 Vocational
Provider Network Application
3. The mere fact that the Application was dispatched will not be considered; the Applicant must
ensure that the Application is actually delivered.
4. OCHN shall acknowledge every document submission received from Applicant.
5. If an acknowledgement is not received within two (2) business days from OCHN to the
Applicant, it shall be the responsibility of the Applicant to contact OCHN to confirm
submission(s) have been received.
