The Oakland Community Health Network, hereafter known as OCHN, is requesting proposals from qualified Unarmed Security Officer Services Proposers capable of meeting the needs of OCHN for the Resource and Crisis Center (RCC) and the Youth and Family Care Connection (YFCC). Both programs are located at 1200 N. Telegraph Road, Building 32E, Pontiac, Michigan 48341. In addition, OCHN may require, on an as-needed basis, Unarmed Security Officer Services at our Administration Building located at 5505 Corporate Drive, Troy, Michigan 48098. The Proposer selected by OCHN will have significant expertise in the areas necessary to meet the needs and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP), including the ability to provide innovative solutions. Through this RFP process, OCHN desires to enhance service efficiency and minimize costs and risk, while at the same time providing the Proposer with the incentive to successfully perform based upon pricing and operational parameters.
