Brighton Teen Stars in American Eagle Ads

Hannah Jolly from Brighton won a chance to become an American Eagle model.

Walking in to American Eagle stores around the country, Brighton residents may see a familiar face smiling back at them.

Wearing a lacy dress and aviator shades, the 2013 AE modeling ad for Hannah Jolly, a soon-to-be senior at Brighton High School, shows her standing on the back of truck, grinning from ear to ear.

In 2012, the Brighton teen entered into the American Eagle modeling competition, and according to a story from the Press & Argus, took third place in the first round of the Project Live Your Life which placed her in an online competition with 80,000 other hopefuls.

During her photo shoot commercial in Mexico, Hannah described her style as "modern-vintage" that included anything with an "old twist on it" and is seen riding a bike through the streets and dancing on the beach.

“I’m really, really excited for this American Eagle opportunity,” she said in an introductory video. “I’m super lucky and blessed and I can’t even handle how cool this is, really.”

Hannah’s poster is currently on display at the American Eagle store in Novi, according to the Press & Argus.
