1. 2013 Brighton AutoFest Car Show
- When: Saturday, June 29 starting at 10 a.m.
- Where: 8240 Grand River Rd., Brighton
- What: Come out to show off your ride and check out some seriously impressive classic, hot rod, and muscle cars! This year we will have 8 trophy categories including: Best In Show, Best Ford, Best GM, Best Chrysler, Owner's Choice, Best Original, Best Paint, and Best Engine.
2. Costume Character Storytime
- When: Saturday, June 29 at 3 p.m.
- Where: Brighton Barnes & Noble
- What: "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" (Costume Character) will be at the Brighton Barnes & Noble for a Special Storytime event at 3pm. Parents bring your camera for a great photo opportunity.
3. Rec 101: Intro to Astronomy
- When: Friday, June 28 at 9 p.m.
- Where: Brighton State Recreation Area
- What: Join us for an evening of star-gazing, planet identification, and constellation-finding at this special event sponsored by the University Lowbrow Astronomers Club.
4. Michigan Challenge Balloonfest
- When: June 28, 29 and 30
- Where: Howell High School
- What: The Michigan Challenge Balloonfest is a community and family event. Don't forget to check out what's new this year... events for the whole family planned.
