Chelsea Center for the Arts Offers New Music Classes for 2013

Open enrollment for all art and music classes is underway.

Open enrollment for the Chelsea Center for the Arts winter classes, which begin in January, is underway.

Music classes include "Music Together" with Tara Vesprini, a weekly music class for children ages zero to 4; "88 Fingers" with Lester Castellana, beginning piano lessons for children ages 5-8; "Parent & Child Music Lessons," for parents and children ages 4-12; Early Childhood and Youth Strings, with Rebecca Appert Kaltz teaching beginning violin, Nathan Peters teaching Suzuki strings, and Aileen Pagan-Rohwer teaching cello.

Private music lessons will be available with instructors in drums/percussion, guitar, banjo, mandolin, lap steel, electric bass, piano, violin, Suzuki violin, viola, double bass, cello, voice, saxophone, flute, or clarinet. Visit www.chelseacenterforthearts.org for more information.

Limited scholarships and tuition assistance funding is available to students. Students must complete an application, demonstrating financial need and a passion for studying art and/or music.
