Chelsea Chamber Seeks Nominations for Business Leadership Awards
Local businesses that help promote commerce in Chelsea will be recognized at a special reception on Feb. 21, 2013.
The Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its annual Business Leadership Awards.
According to the Chelsea Update, businesses nominated must be a member of the chamber.
Both large and small business awards are given. Criteria include businesses that:

- Display innovative ideas and services.
- Contribute to the economic impact of the City of Chelsea.
- Provide services that meet the needs of the Chelsea area community.
- Enhance the uniqueness of the community image.
- Demonstrate leadership in their business category.
- Support the activities of the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce.
Nominations are due Dec. 28. Forms can be downloaded online at Leadership Award Criteria(1).
Voting for the award takes place in January and the winners are presented with awards at the chamber’s annual meeting on Feb. 21, 2013.
