Chelsea Rotary Club Cash Bash Set for March 2

Proceeds from the annual fundraiser will benefit local and international humanitarian programs for children.

The Rotary Club of Chelsea will host its annual Cash Bash fundraiser on Saturday, March 2.

The event is the club’s largest fundraiser of the year. Tickets are $100 each, and includes a dinner for two along with two free drink tickets per person.

"The Cash Bash is a great date night for couples," Rotary member Rick Taylor said. "Where else can you talk with people from all walks of life, enjoy a good meal, and help raise money for your neighbors?"

Participants at the Cash Bash each receive a number. Throughout the night, Bingo balls are drawn out of a hopper. The person whose number matches the last ball of the drawing will win $3,000.

"The best part is that everyone wins something," Taylor said. "Businesses throughout Chelsea have donated some pretty extravagant prizes."

The Cash Bash will take place at the Village Conference Center at the Chelsea Comfort Inn beginning at 6 p.m. Saturday. To purchase tickets, call Rick Taylor at 734-223-5656.
