Corporate Wellness Coordinator Joins Chelsea Community Hospital Staff

Chelsea Community Hospital has appointed Teddi Creekmore as the hospital's corporate wellness coordinator.

Creekmore, who previously worked in the surgery department, said she is pleased with her new role, and looks forward to establishing relationships with area employer groups to promote the hospital's Occupational Medicine Services and Worksite Wellness programs. 

“I am excited to reach out to area employers about our Business Health Services,” Teddi said. “Our goal is to provide employers and their employees with health care services that enable them to stay healthy and productive at work. Because we can design a program based on each employer’s specific requirements, I plan to work closely with each employer to ensure they receive the services they need, when they need them.”
