CREEPY CRAWLIES WEEK
Whatβs bugging you? I hope itβs not the creeping, crawling, climbing, flying critters weβll be featuring this week when we explore the fascinating world of insects and arachnids.Β
Whatβs bugging you? I hope itβs not the creeping, crawling, climbing, flying critters weβll be featuring this week when we explore the fascinating world of insects and arachnids.Β
This is Creepy Crawly week, and weβll get up close and personal with some amazing insects and arachnids. First, weβll meet Felix, a flea who wants to join the circus in The Smallest Show on Earth. Then weβll make climbing spiders from popsicle sticks and string. Our author is the amazing Candace Fleming with her Sibert Medal winning book Honeybee, the life of Apis Melifera and Cubs in the Tub. And weβll make a Bug Bite recipe that youβll want to bite back. Finally, we have storyteller extraordinaire, Bobby Norfolk who will tell us the tail of Anansi the Spider and the Dancing Granny. We hope you enjoy this weekβs videos from Page Turner Adventures and Dexter District Library. And remember, when You Read Every Day is an Adventure!
