New Show Goes 'Beyond the Badge' at Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office

What is it? 

Beyond the Badge is an online web-video series focused on the men and women who dedicate their lives to working for the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office. The aim of the show is to take the viewer beyond the badge and share the stories of strength and hope that take place every day in and around Michigan’s Washtenaw County. Why are they doing it? 

The office believes that "an educated and engaged community is our best partner," an announcement from the office states. "This is just one more way that the Sheriff's Office shares information with each of our residents. You'll get to see in-depth what we do here at the Sheriff's Office and learn about what is going on in your neighborhood through interviews, dash cam video, 911 calls and much more," the announcement reads.
