Santa Claus Making Annual Visit to Chelsea on Friday

Children can meet with the jolly elf at the Chelsea Train Depot at 6 p.m. Nov. 30.

Santa Claus is coming to Chelsea on Nov. 30 for an early visit and photos with local children before his annual visit — in a more discreet fashion, of course — on Christmas Eve.

Santa has a special arrangement with the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce, and will meet with little boys and girls at his workshop at the Chelsea Train Depot beginning at 6:30 p.m. Friday.

In addition to Santa’s arrival to kick-off the annual Hometown Holiday festival, a live nativity, a concert, cookie decorating and story telling will also take place.
