SRSLY Chelsea's Inaugural Duct Tape Fashion Show a Hit with Students
Chelsea students modeled new clothes designed and inspired by duct tape artists on Feb. 21.
SRSLY Chelsea held its first duct tape fashion show on Feb. 21, and more than 40 students participated in the event held at Beach Middle School.
Salon Rushelle of Chelsea donated hair and make-up services to student models, while duct tape artist and retired Beach Middle School counselor Peter Warburton displayed his artwork and emceed the event.
There were more than 200 people in attendance who cast ballots for the overall winners in each category, according to Reiley Curren, SRSLY coalition director.

"Adrian E.," a sixth grade student won the art/sculpture category, while "Patricia S.," a third-grade student won both the clothing and accessories categories.
