Window Shattered, Items Taken from Chelsea Car

Chelsea Police were called to the 14000 block of E. Old US 12 on March. 18 following a report of a larceny from vehicle.

When police arrived, they spoke with the owner of the vehicle who told police she had parked her car at the address at 12:30 p.m. She told police, the report states, that at 1:30 p.m. a staff member came in and told her the window to her car had been broken out.

According to the report, the woman told police her purse and a pair of prescription glasses were taken from the car.

There are no suspects at this time, and the incident remains under investigation.
