Clawson Middle School student Cheyenne Dell was crowned Young Miss Clawson 2012 on Saturday Oct. 22.
Eighteen girls ages 8-11 competed in a series of categories on Saturday in the Young Miss Clawson 2012 Pageant held at .
The winner of the pageant was Cheyenne Dell who attends . Dell, 11, is the daughter of Todd and Courtney VanWagoner.
"Cheyenne also was voted Miss Congeniality by her fellow contestants, won first place in Best Actress when she performed a commercial for Hungry Howies , and won first place in Best Author with her original story about finding a Treasure Chest," said pageant director Linda Gould.
