HopCat Opening First Macomb County Restaurant
HopCat, a restaurant best-known for its beers and Cosmik Fries, is planning to open its first Macomb County spot sometime this summer.
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI — HopCat, a restaurant best-known for its burgers, beers and Cosmik Fries, is opening its first Macomb County location sometime this summer.
The new restaurant is expected to open at The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township. The spot formerly housed BurgerFin.
The restaurant will feature 7,000 square-feet with a wrap-around bar, spacious booth seating, a dog-friendly outdoor patio, a four-season room and a private event space for up to 50 people.

"After opening two locations in Metro Detroit last year, we're thrilled to be joining the Macomb County community and increasing our brand presence in this thriving market," BarFly CEO Ned Lidvall said. "It was easy to see the opportunity at The Mall at Partridge Creek — a vibrant and walkable destination. We're confident about our decision to invest in this location as the home of our 10th Michigan HopCat restaurant."
HopCat has nine other Michigan locations, including in Ann Arbor, Detroit and Royal Oak. A new HopCat opened last summer in Livonia.
