New Stores, Restaurant Join The Mall At Partridge Creek​ In Macomb Co.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI — Three new stores and a restaurant joined The Mall at Partridge Creek in Clinton Township, according to a news release.

Clothing stores Spencer’s and Hollister are now open at the mall, and Hot Topic and Kiki Cafe and Brunch are expected to open sometime later this year.

Kiki Cafe and Brunch is a new concept spot that will offer guests a variety of drinks and brunch options. The new restaurant will be located south of HopCat and across from CROCS in a 2,247 square foot space.

"During a year of significant growth and tenant announcements, the momentum continues as we welcome an array of stores to our tenant mix in the fourth quarter of 2024," CEO of Spinoso Real Estate Group, which leases and manages The Mall at Partridge Creek Carmen Spinoso said. "These new additions solidify our position as the leading shopping and entertainment destination in Macomb County, with something for every member of the family to enjoy."

The new business openings come just after Andiamo Pasta and Chops opened a new spot at the mall last month.
