Popular Restaurant Chain Opens New Metro Detroit Spot
The fast-growing chain is best known for its shawarma wraps and other Middle Eastern favorites​.
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI — A popular restaurant chain known for its shawarma wraps opened a new Metro Detroit location Wednesday.
Bucharest Grill is now open inside the Pointe Village Square at 20730 Hall Road in Clinton Township. The new spot offers dine-in and carryout and seating for roughly 35 people inside.
The fast-growing chain is best known for its shawarma wraps and other Middle Eastern favorites. Shawarma wraps typically consist of grilled chicken or beef wrapped in a pita with tomato, lettuce, pickles and garlic spread.

The new Clinton Township spot is Bucharest Grill's ninth spot in the Detroit area. Other locations include Detroit (four locations), Grosse Pointe Woods, Royal Oak, Southfield and St. Clair Shores.
