The company will operate the carnival at Dearborn Homecoming Aug. 2-4.

The Dearborn City Council awarded a contract to Wade Shows, Inc. to operate the carnival rides at the 2013 Dearborn Homecoming Festival on Aug. 2-4.

"The city offers an annual Homecoming Festival the first full weekend of August, which requires a full-service carnival provider as part of the event. O'Reilly said in a memo to the city council.

Wade Shows, Inc. will provide online pre-event wristband sales, half-day, full-day, three-day, and parent/guardian unlimited ride wristbands, as well as individual ride tickets.
