UPDATED: Dearborn Snow Emergency Remains in Effect
The snow emergency will continue at least through Friday morning.

The City of Dearborn declared a snow emergency at 9 p.m. on Jan. 1, and it will remain in effect at least through the morning of Friday, Jan. 3, the city reported Thursday.
All parked vehicles must be removed from city streets to allow for safe and efficient snowplowing.
The city realizes this is an inconvenience, and would like to thank residents for their cooperation in keeping their parked vehicles off the streets until further notice.

Vehicles in the street during the snow emergency may be ticketed and/or towed.
