Dearborn Student Assaulted While Walking Home

A 16-year-old student from Fordson High School in Dearborn was assaulted by unknown individuals while he was walking home from school on May 2, police said.
According to the Dearborn Police Department, the student was walking near Hemlock and Schaefer streets with his uncle around 3:50 p.m. when he was approached by four black males who started punching and kicking him.
The student told police he did not know the suspects and did not know why he was attacked. No items were taken from the student during the assault, police said.
