TLC Pulls Plug on 'All-American Muslim'

TLC has canceled All-American Muslim, a reality show that followed five families in Dearborn, after just one season, according to The Detroit Free Press.

All-American Muslim was the center of controversy in December after Lowe’s pulled advertising from the show following complaints from Christian groups. Lowe’s decision, though, prompted a backlash, and many people took to social media to vent their frustrations.

But now it appears the show—and the controversy—are over.
