An endangered missing advisory has been issued for a 2-year-old child last seen in Gibraltar, Michigan State Police said Thursday.
WAYNE COUNTY, MI — An endangered missing advisory has been issued for a 2-year-old child last seen in Gibraltar, Michigan State Police said Thursday.
Justice Lance Kelly is described by police as a Black boy standing 2-feet-6 and weighing about 30 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a diaper, police said.

According to police, the child was last seen in a black 2015 Lincoln MKZ with a license plate of EFZ2732.

The child was taken from his home by his biological father, Maurice Kelly, according to police.
