Man Arrested For Touching Himself At Target: Police
Three teenage girls reportedly found the man indecently exposed at the store in Rochester Hills.
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI — A 74-year-old man was arrested over the weekend for reportedly masturbating outside of Target in Rochester Hills. The man was seen touching himself with his pants undone inside his Chevrolet Trailblazer parked outside of the store by three teenage girls -- two 14-year-olds and an 18 year old -- who told their parents.
The man was arrested without incident around 8:30 p.m. Saturday and then released due to his “severe medical ailments and condition,” police at the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said. Criminal charges are pending.
