Gas prices across Michigan fell to a 2025 low with the average price dropping to below $3 per gallon, according to AAA.
Gas prices across Michigan fell to a 2025 low with the average price dropping to below $3 per gallon, according to AAA.
AAA reports Michigan drivers paid an average of $2.90 for a regular gallon of gas Monday morning. That's 17 cents cheaper than a week ago and 37 cents cheaper than this time last year, according to AAA.
For a full 15-gallon tank of gas, drivers paid an average of $43, according to AAA.

Gas prices in the metro Detroit area were also down Monday morning. The average price for a regular gallon of gas in the area was $2.92, 13 cents cheaper than last week and 48 cents cheaper than this time last year, according to AAA.
The most expensive places to get gas in Michigan were in Ann Arbor ($3.04), Jackson ($2.94) and Marquette ($2.93), according to AAA.

The cheapest places were in Grand Rapids ($2.84), Flint ($2.84) and Traverse City ($2.89), according to AAA.
