Michigan Coronavirus Update: 2,716 New Cases, 33 More Deaths
Over 865,000 people in Michigan have had the coronavirus, according to state data.
LANSING, MI — More than 2,700 more COVID-19 cases have been reported over the last two days, according to the most recent COVID-19 data released Monday by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
On Monday, Michigan reported 2,717 new cases of the coronavirus. The state also added 33 more COVID-19 deaths, according to state data. Michigan's updated coronavirus figures bring the state's COVID-19 numbers to 865,349 confirmed cases and 18,239 reported deaths.
The state reported on Saturday that 703,746 people in Michigan have recovered from the virus.
