Thunderstorms Possible Across Detroit Area Wednesday
This will not be a widespread thunderstorm event, and some places in the region may get no rain, the weather service says.
SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — Scattered thunderstorms are possible across southeastern Michigan on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
The scattered storms will move into the area sometime during the afternoon and evening hours Wednesday when highs reach the mid-70s, the weather service says.
Forecasters do not expect any severe weather, but warned some storms may be capable of producing heavy downpours and small hail.
