Amber Alert Cancelled; Farmington Hills Teen Found Safe

Authorities say an investigation continues in the case of Beyonce Alize Mack, who was reported missing early Sunday morning.

Farmington Hills Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have cancelled an Amber Alert for a 13-year-old girl who was thought to be inΒ extreme danger.

Beyonce Alize Mack was found in Farmington Hills. Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of her disappearance, according to a press release sent Sunday shortly before 10 a.m.

According to the Michigan Amber Alert site, the alert endangerment type was "In the company of another with intent to harm the child, or who has confirmed criminal history of harming children, sexual assault, domestic assault or is suicidal."

Police issued the alert early Sunday morning.Β Mack had been last seen at 12 p.m. on Saturday,Β in the area ofΒ Independence and Waldron Streets at the Old Town Park (Eight Mile and Grand River)Β in Farmington Hills. According to the alert, no information is available about the suspect.Β
