Car Basics: First in a series of “Life Hacks”

Three session introduction to knowing your car open to public.

(FPFH)

Car Basics, the first in a series of Life Hacks programs to be offered in our area, will provide opportunity for people of all ages to learn about basic car care and operations while developing hands on experience. This three-week series of two-hour sessions includes basic vehicle orientation, how to monitor various items under the hood, tire trouble, seasonable driving concerns, and more. It is the perfect opportunity for everyone from young new drivers to those of any age who find themselves unexpectedly responsible for their car care to learn the basics in a comfortable stress-free environment.

Lead by an engineer, our presenters are experienced in car care and maintenance.

Sessions will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Farmington, 26165 Farmington Rd in Farmington Hills, MI, on November 6, 13 and 20 from 2 – 4 pm. Attendees should expect portions of sessions to take place indoors and out-of-doors where they will engage in experience learning details about their own vehicle.
