Farmington Hills Man Faces Charges After Attempted Break-In
The following information was provided by Farmington Hills Police. Arrests and charges do not indicate a conviction.

A 20-year-old Farmington Hills man who told police he thought he was in Ann Arbor faces chargesΒ after attempting to break in to a home in the 20000 block of Robinson Street at around 4:30 a.m. Sunday.Β
According to the Farmington Hills Police report, officers called to the home found the man pounding his head and hands on a glass sliding door. He wasn't wearing a shirt or shoes, and told police he thought he was trying to get in to a friend's house.Β
The report indicated that police noticed a strong odor of alcohol; the man's blood alcohol was .167. In Michigan, it is against the law for anyone under age 21 to consume alcohol.Β
